Do I need permission from Council to have a shipping container on my property?Each council has it's own rulings and regulations regarding the presence of shipping containers on residential and commercial properties. Therefore, Mob Box recommends that you contact your local council before committing to a hire or purchase.

Can I visit the Mob Box facility to inspect the container I want to purchase?Yes you can, we offer on-site inspections at our Ipswich Branch. These inspections require a pre-booked appointment time.

Does Mob Box offer design services for shipping container modifications?Yes. Mob Box offers an in-house "mock up" drawing service that allows you to see a general idea of how your build will look in 3D beforehand. We can also assist with securing engineered drawings when neccessary.

Do you have plans/ designs I can look at for ideas for my build?Yes. Mob Box has a catalogue of plans and a portfolio of existing modifications that can assist with finding the right container solution for you.

How will my shipping container be delivered?We offer in-house transportation services via Tilt-Tray Trucks. However, we can assist in organizing alternative transport when necessary.
